The breakfast included many choices. The staff at reception was helpful and kind. I enjoyed the spa area and gym, both had great facilities. I found the location convenient for walking around the city.
The room was not very clean. I saw yellow on the toilet seat. This was somewhat off putting to me.

the staff was really kind. the room included a espresso machine and coffee. i received a voucher for a free drink at the lobby if i don't use the cleaning. breakfast had a great variety with fresh juices and coffee machines.
my room seemed a bit dated with scuffs and feeld very basic, i missed a vanity area to get ready outside of the bathroom.

the reception team was friendly and helpful for directions. the bar staff was attentive. when i arrived late, a person at reception was kind and suggested local restaurants.

the breakfast had multiple coffee machines, this was wonderful. i found also fresh juices available. the hotel bar had friendly staff and nice drinks, a perfect ending of the day.

The location was convenient. I found myself close to everything i wished to see. the room was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. the staff members i encountered were all lovely and helpful. the breakfasts were AMAZING!!!
I did notice some deferred maintenance. There were a few areas where paint was chipping.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the stadtmitte u-bahn station. I found many good restaurants nearby. it is so close to public transport and a short walk to mall of berlin. this accessibility enhanced my visit greatly.

the location is unbeatable it's so close to everything! the room i stayed in was super clean and modern i loved it. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help i really appreciated that.
i asked for bathrobes many times and they never brought them during my entire stay. i was a little disappointed with that oversight i expected better service.
